a really hard song to track down

hi all. could you all do me a favour and look at my question of the same name in the most recently answered section. i'm looking for a dance/rave song that i heard in Wales in about 1991/1992. i checked out Wispy68's suggestion, but to no avail. so the details are to be found in most recently answered. a new addition though-it was a church organ at the start and not church bells! hope it 'rings a bell' with someone! thanks.
