Boris has now given councils responsibility for locking down where they think an outbreak is emerging, and employers have been told that they can ( when they see fit) to invite their workers back to work, if safe to do so. Well that's a clever move Boris, because if there is another wave, bigger than the first one, you can accuse both councils, and employers that they haven't managed the situation well, LIKE YOU ACCUSED THE CARE HOMES!!

I believe Boris said "some" of the care homes didnt act correctly so, in my opinion, knowing how some of these places are run I have little doubt that some didnt perform correctly.

16.19 Did Boris act correctly, when he knew for three months the virus was on its way, had he acted correctly the care homes wouldn't have been put in that position in the first place. So before he accuses them , he needed to get his own house in order. But now he seems to be washing his hands of any more responsibility

Perhaps Boris should inspect every workplace personally and Matt Hancock should visit every area where there is a spike and instruct the health professionals and councils what to do, rather than rely on those with local knowledge. Is that your suggestion, Teacake?
