I think he'd be more likely to attract votes now that Conservative voters have no one to vote for. The only reason he wasn't more successful in the past is because in a General Election people opt for what they think is a 'safe' vote - hence the reason we have only two political parties who are ever likely to govern. That didn't mean people disagreed with Nigel - just that they couldn't be sure that the like-minded would put their 'x' against his name.

You may well be surprised to learn that Reform UK( the re-focused UKIP) intend to field hundreds of candidates in "selected" constituencies at the next GE. They have quietly, stealthily even, gone about the business of selecting candidates and securing funds since early 2021 and are ready to accommodate the disgruntled electorate when the time comes, even if that is sooner rather than later. They will split the vote and be in position to help form a coalition Government on their terms. "Their" terms being the terms of the majority Brexit voter.

The two party system has to end. What we have now really is a one party system, the "Tory's" have shifted so far left they have met labour. And lets face it Labour no longer really represent what many working people want.

It's a total shambles.

Look at how many the Liberals put forward to how many seats they got. Yes, they could target seats but its all unknowns really.

All Reform UK need to do is to persuade Boris to "join" them. It would be a landslide. His hero, Winston, was not afraid to switch parties when the conditions demanded it. :))
