Voting Letter

Hi just got my letter through the post about changes in voting, it says that there are two registers electorial and open, the open one can be bought by companies and charities, we can enough crap through the mail already and unwanted phone calls, is it possible to be removed from this register and how do we do it. thanks

yes its possible to be removed, it should tell you how in the letter, otherwise

yes, the letter I got told me how to do it - email the council. I got an email back in five minutes saying they'd done it.

it tells you on the letter, call the number at the top of the page if you
want to be removed from the second register, not the electoral roll.
i did and will receive confirmation of my choice sometime soon
