Vladimir Putin, Paul the Apostle and King Solomon

Just listening to the radio - there is a religious sect in Russia which believes that in past lives, Vladimir Putin was the apostle Paul, and King Solomon (among others). Anyone else heard this? - it sound extraordinary.
