As above?

Is this ridiculous that such a celeb can hide behind the curtains?

What should privacy law cover?

What would you do if you were the Home Sec or Minister of Justice?

I think your first totally random link is wrong Chuck...............he's supposed to be an England player who has played for several clubs.
Webbo3- the initials CBT are being used by the courts so as to avoid naming the person. The letters bear no relation to the identity of the person. They could just as easily have chosen PQR. I thought everyone knew his real identity now- it's been mentioned on TV and radio and can easily be found via google
craft- are you getting confused with the earlier stories about a tall England striker who has a girlfriend who is a model?
I think that's getting quite low factor or is the correct explanation
To stoop, especially with the knees bent: bent over the grate, searching for his keys.
er no factor...............:-)
I can't imagine why a footballer knobbing a model is 'news'...
and I cant believe there are people who still dont know who he is, its been common knowledge for ages which makes the injunction even more ridiculous
There is apparently another footballer who has taken out an injunction, so not just the usual suspect.
Why don't we just conclude that young men with too much time and too much money are going to get up to no good if young ladies with their eyes on the prize offer it on a plate..... and move on....
Kiss 'n tell stories used to be a staple of the Sunday newspapers. The libel laws are there to protect any rich person who feels they've been harmed by such stories.
It's super-injunctions and hyper-injunctions which are the main point of issue. Should a company whose products release potentially toxic chemicals into the environment be allowed to stop anyone, including parliamentarians, from being able to say that? The footballers etc. are using the same legal process for which more serious cases set a precedent.
Knighthood has probably gone down the pan now but who really cares !!
Arise Sir ? ?
' It always does when I see Imogen your Maj '
Does this footballer have advertising contracts which depend on his 'clean cut, family man' image?
Question Author
I believe so Sandy and hence the reason for the injunction I suspect........
red.....the first rule in philandering either male OR female is nit to get caught.

The second rule is that if you are caught ...deny it.

One of sqad's many aphorisms is that " telling the truth is a very overrated virtue"
So, we can safely assume it's not Wayne Rooney, then
Agree Squad !
The last thing we want is our names in the ' News of the World'
Imagine the Headlines
' Menorca Philanderer yet to be identified '
Police and AB Posters know who it is though !!! lol lol
red....Oi! why just me?......what about the "Scouse Seducer?"
red....since being on AB all theses years, being involved in many threads on this topic, it still amazes me how the females on AB still regard infidelity as the "exception" rather than the "rule".......;-)
LOL LOL !!!
' Scouse Seducer ' temporarily retired but may rise again !!
