Disgraceful if it is the censors - they published the photo of the footballer with the Super-injunction, eyes blocked out.

The BBC news just said that the Herald hadn't published their front page on the website, as it could have been read outside Scotland?
Ah - I wondered what waves it would cause, the editor was interviewed on the BBC news earlier this evening.

What silly times we live in, but if the system gets some clarification going forward as to privacy across frontiers, then we may have some societal advance. Personally, I think that this is very utopian in concept though.
I couldn't find the picture even though I looked. don't matter, it be chip wrapping allover the UK soon. I like many know anyway.
I managed to get a copy of it by just typing in Sunday Herald
I shared the pic on my facebook page maybe he will sue me too..what a tool.

Why didnt he just leave it alone the story is just getting bigger because of the injunction he's obviously told the wife he could have recovered from this becks did, but now I think he's made it a whole lot worse for himself.His law firm laughing all the way to the bank.
so is this country under the rule of law or not?

This stupid footballer has the whole of England in his hands, it's a disgrace that one stupid person can wield so much power. And now a TV presenter may go to prison, (Have I got a clue for you) I think Mr Briggs should be locked up for causing so much trouble.
