Maybe you could set yourself up as a tax free haven for firms like Boots who can escape paying any tax. The Isle of Man runs independently of the UK and attracts a lot of foreign investers so why should this be any different.

I think the government should buy it immediately then they could empty all the prisons & shove all the inmates up there & then start breeding Great White sharks around the waters, then the empty prisons could be used to hold all of the illegal immigrants (if they can find them.)Ron.
