Fed up with all these gay issues, let's get back on the real issues that are changing the face of England.

I refer of course to this story of slavery in the UK in 2011.

And this connected story of yet another gang of Muslims who went on trial yesterday accused of a catalogue of child prostitution offences against vulnerable teenage girls as young as 13.

These are not isolated crimes, they unfortunately are on the increase.

More proof that they were Pakistani Muslims, taken from a report this morning.

/// Her alleged abuser Ali, known by the Western nickname Eddie, came from a traditional Pakistani background and was destined for an arranged Islamic marriage.///
so one of them then? I understand why you're assuming they are from Pakistan, their names would suggest the same, but it's an assumption, so to make any opinions based on this would be unfounded, it's only fair to stick to the facts.
and you're beginning to sound like your main issue is their religion rather than what they've done and I can't believe that's the case!

I think you are looking at yet another group of men arrested in Manchester, Salford and Buxton.

The group of men in my link are on trial now at Stafford Crown Court.

It is more serious than I thought.
AOG .... stop reading the Daily Mail, it's becoming worse than the Sun!
What if they are not practising Muslims?

If a non practising Catholic commits a crime, as they do, how can that crime be linked to their religion?

I know it is a different gang. The Manchester gang's religion is not fathomable yet so I can see why you are not interested in those sex crimes against children.

I take it your interest in the religion of the men in Stafford is to highlight their hypocrisy?

No I am very concerned about this type of hideous crime committed against these young girls, but I am also concerned by the fact that these crimes are on the increase in this country, committed mainly by men belonging to a certain religion.

So we have got to stop trying not to offend a certain group, and ask the question why?

That is why are some males belonging to the Islamic religion committing these crimes, just as one might ask why are some black persons involved in gang culture, stabbings and shootings?
No, gromit, the 'religion' of the men is a good pointer to their 'race/nationality'.....

AOG will then be able to kick them twice.......and if they are 'illegals/asylum seekers' he'll barely be able to type for hugging himself with glee!

AOG - from where are you getting your stats suggesting it's men from 'this certain religion' committing these acts?

I've answered your question about the gang culture issue in a very reasoned and logical way but clearly seem intent on holding your strong belief that the colour of someone's skin can hold an overwhelming power over a persons actions.

It is not very hard to find similar cases where the perpetrators of the crimes do not sound Asian.

May 2011: Eight accused of child sexual abuse
// Defendants Robert Hathaway and Melissa Noon are accused of engaging in sexual activity in front of the children. The charges also claim that the pair organised for the children to be abused by others. Stephen Fraser, 41, of Hemingford Road, Cambridge, has 26 charges against him. Maddox, Day and Bell were released on conditional bail but the other defendants were remanded in custody until the next hearing. //

Those people sound white and could therefore be Christians!

I am sure I can find others where the abusers are not Asian men, but I'm guessing you do not really want to hear about those.

/// I know it is a different gang. The Manchester gang's religion is not fathomable yet so I can see why you are not interested in those sex crimes against children.///

Since I only became aware of the Manchester raids after I read your link, I can hardly be accused of not being interested in those crimes against children, hence my expression "it's more serious than I thought"

Not enough information has been reported yet, but when it is I am sure I will oblige you with my comments, whereas others may like to brush these type of cases under the carpet, for whatever reason.

/// I take it your interest in the religion of the men in Stafford is to highlight their hypocrisy? ///

You have a point there Gromit, but it wasn't my only reason as I have already pointed out.
I deal primarily with victims of child sexual abuse on a daily basis. I also deal with all other areas of child abuse. In the interests of balance, I can say categorically that when doing my figures I enter 'White - British' the majority of the time for the particular areas I deal with, (no, I do not work in a predominantly white area and neither are the boroughs I deal with). Now that it has been established by more than just myself that religion/ethnicity is not directly associated with this type of crime, perhaps we could get back to the part in which crimes against children perpetrated by anyone are horrific and whether or not they are on the increase. Personally, I am not entirely sure it's on the increase or whehter it's more openly discussed. I would also add that drugs, poverty, alcohol, mental health/stability etc.. ARE major contributary factors to a childs vulnerability.
Apologies, that should read 'mental health/stability of parent(s)'

This now brings the total to14 arrested.
Thanks China for your valuable input based on personal experience, as against the media perception which most of us have as information on which to base our views.

I am still waiting for Rov100 to explain his abhorent phraseology in his post.
The explanation will probably be as disgusting as the original post Andy.
