Can a News of the World Replacement be blocked
The consensus is that the News of the World will be replaced by a Sunday Edition of the Sun or an effective rebranding of the NOTW under a different banner.
Can news international just print a sunday edition of the sun without having to apply for some liscense or would there have to be some legal process they would have to go through to be able to start a new title or a sunday edition of an existing newspaper. Just wondering this as it could possibly be blocked by the government as a cynical ploy on the part of NI to limit damage.
