You would think that because of death and malnutrition the population would decrease but it increases. Maybe its because they are able to get fertility treatment, take extra doses and end up with large families. A case in point was the Nigerian woman who took drugs ended up with 5 babies and delivered by the NHS.
Having a large family there ensures greater security in old age.
To stop this ever increasing problem money should be diverted into birth control.

Just to clarify, the "£20 per head" figure quoted in the earlier question was that needed to fund the ever-generous Mr Cameron's pledge for additional spending in Afghanistan - this time to build roads and schools. The total overseas aid bill amounts to more like £250 per taxpayer.
Anyone wishing to dig deeper to help the latest crisis in Africa is of course more than welcome. As has been said, they might just as well stand outside their house and tear up £20 notes, but that's their choice. My view is that the £250 that is forcibly taken from taxpayers should also be voluntary whilst we are unable to fully fund facilities in the UK.

loads of extra low quality kids to keep you in your old age?
so that you can sit around doing naff all?
from what i have seen they mostly sit around and do nothing and save all their energy for producing another child that they neither have the means or inclination to nurture in a responsible manner....
tough as it is the cycle that these stupid people continue to adhere to needs to be broken.......starvation has a side effect of infertility and in sheer maths and practical terms if a generation was 'lost' it would be a good thing..
if you cant grow enough food and you havent got enough water or medicines ...on a recurring basis..then basic sense dictates that you need to substantially reduce your population..

i see, someone said something similar:
"classes struggle, some classes triumph, others are eliminated. Such is history; such is the history of civilization for thousands of years." (chairman mao)
so we should let the littluns die off so they can restart and learn from our superior model, is that what you are saying ?

our model is clearly superior but still flawed..
we also have very many feckless people who believe that their offspring should be supported at the cost of others..
however although a struggle now we manage to fulfill that obligation to some small degree in the knowledge that we are able and willing to do so..
