Although not very popular on AnswerBank, it seems that most of Europe make it their number one website.
So are the users of AB not a true representation of most in Europe?

whilst I agree with gromits initial comments what puzzles me is that although the news part of the daily mail is well represented for viewer comments, the sport part is almost ignored, yet the sun newspaper which has a less user friendly layout but the same sport stories has loads and loads of comments.

And the Daily Mail is often accused of making false and over exaggerated claims.
Can't see any of those 'scantily clad women all over the home page' that you refer to, just a couple on the 'FEMAIL TODAY' section it seems.

triggerhippy and Ankou are correct: the Mail website is a different beast from the newspaper in many ways, much more celebrity fluff and lots of women in bikinis (as rojash points out, you may need a wider screen to see them: I have just had to replace a wide screen with a regular size one, and the photos to the right have vanished). The website places much less emphasis on rightwing rants and more on trivia than the newspaper.
