Just on the Beeb news, police have released this young lady, the one accused for injecting insulin into saline bags and taking out three people.

Ok, not enough evidence and the case remains open, but they go onto say that the medical contamination could have affected many more people and there may have been seven or more deaths.

However, they are not launching a murder enquiry......

Incredulous! How can this be????

yup that exactly what they do - the they can convince a judge that more evidence is definitely going to be found then they'll lock away the accused until they find it... obviously in this case that never happened.
She was subjected to 'Trial by tabloid', just like what happened to that old schoolteacher who the press 'convicted' of murdering Joanna Yates

Whatever happened to 'innocent until proven guilty'?
If as it appears she is innocent then i hope she gets compensation. Can you imagine 6 weeks in jail and the impact on her life even now that shes been released without charge?
