The man who murdered his seven month old son recently.
Yes, the abuse and rape of a 1 month old baby.
Isn't it horrendous - only just read it .... people like her don't deserve to live.

dreadful stuff, the baby in this case was left dead in his cot for months!
Any stories like this concerning children really upset me. Some people just don't deserve to have children.
You are right maggie - myself and many others like me who are unable to have any, could weep at the injustice of this, when we have so much love we could give to a child.
The story of the fella who killed his wife and two sons, then killed himself.

Friends commented that they were a lovely, happy family. God only knows what drove him to that.
I think in the cases of infanticide there is usually mental health problems.
I was about to mention that mrs chappie, the whole town is in shock about that tragedy. It was the main topic of conversation in the hairdressers today. one of the customers must have known someone near them. How a man can stab his wife, a nine year old son and a one year son old beats me. He must have lost the plot completely.
Yes askyourgran it was only days after a well respected and award winning policeman in our town killed his wife and son and attempted to kill his two older children before stabbing himself to death. Our whole community is in total shock.
The only thing to do is to put them away for the rest of their lives until they rot away.

Sorry should have said "he killed his wife and little DAUGHTER" not son.

sc, i find it difficult to understand how someone cannot be distressed re the above incidents.
I'm not distressed.

I find it very sad and upsetting...but I'm not distressed.
Where children are concerned I just want to see those people suffer badly for what the they have done. Although in this case the father committed suicide, I am so upset that the two little boys will not be here for Christmas.
I just feel for the rest of their families having to live with that news for the rest of their lives - and made worse by it happening so near to Christmas .........
As has been stated, some of the events referred to above appear to be linked to mental health problems. Of course that doesn't make them any less sad but acts of deliberate and blatant cruelty tend to annoy me more:

So sad, there seemed to be no problems with the Pudsey family, I can only assume that they moved into the area to get away from ealier problems (that is only my opinion) no-one seems to know why he turned.
Very terrible story. But how about this , the other side of the coin ?
