How the hell do you leave half a bottle of wine for a week? I wish I had that self-control!

It wouldn't actually do you any harm if you attempted to drink it after it had been left for a century (but drinking vinegar isn't exactly pleasant!). As long as it tastes OK (and it almost certainly will), it's fit to drink.
