New Racism Probe at Anfield
Klanfield in the news again
// Police stressed it was an isolated incident //
They are having a few of these isolated incidents at Klanfield
// It is the third incident of this kind in a few months at Anfield //
Do you think if they closed the ground to the paying public it would
put a stop to these kind of isolated racist incidents.

I've lost any respect I had for that club after yesterday's booing towards Evra, not just by a few fans but the majority.
And to cap it off, Kenny Dalgliesh when asked what he felt about the booing..." Are you winding me up?...I was booed when I played"
Don' t get me wrong, it's not the booing that bothers me it's the fact they were booing a player who was...

So Elvis, you think it was the majority of Liverpool supporters who were booing Evra yesterday? You were there were you? Or are you just making your assumptions up from newspaper reports (and we all know you can believe everything you read in the newspapers!).
Well I was there yesterday, in the Kop, and I can tell you that certainly around where I was sat it was not the majority of fans who were booing. Yes, there were some, but they were definitely in the minority.
But you know, one Liverpool supporter turns out to be a racist and then, to a man we're all racist. Just like if one is a burgler, we're all burglers. Or maybe one is a millionaire, does that make us all millionaires?

"Is it racist to boo a black player if his performance is bad?"
No, but even if his performance WAS bad, Liverpool supporters wouldn't be booing him, because he doesn't play for Liverpool.
Booing black players, white players, Muslim, Greek or Hawaiian players is not racism. However to constantly boo someone who is the alleged victim of racist abuse is less than impressive.
A bit like slapping someone because they've been burgled. sp1814

I concur wholeheartedly.
