This man may well be dangerous, but I do not know that for a fact. People can tell me he was Bin Laden's man in Europe, but without seeing any scrap of evidence to support that, I cannot take it as proof.

I believe the law should be the same for everyone. Everyone should be treated the same, no exceptions. But you want to disregard the law and treat him differently. Your only information on this man has come from a newspaper. You will tell me he is an enemy of this country, but where is your evidence?

I am not on this mans side, I believe if we have laws we should keep to them. If that means withdrawal from the European Court then that is fine. But we should not sign up for something and then whinge at its rulings.
