Henson Fired....

OK so he got drunk on a plane, anyone know what his "unruly" behaviour consisted of? Was it a sacking offence?

i think it is to Henson's credit that he has apologised to all concerned, and admitted his stupidity - hopefully this will pave the way to another club taking him on, because he does still have skills to contribute above ane beyond his off-field profile.

got drunk and threw ice cubes at other passengers. But it wasn't a first offence (there was some business on a train a few years ago) so you can see why clubs might not want to spend their time defending loud drunks.
A shame because he's got a lot of class on the field - none off it. If I were a potential employer I'd be looking at him and thinking "Here comes trouble".

His career is, in effect over.
As pointed out by others in the game of rugby, who would be willing to take on a 30 year old who has played little rugby in the last 4 years and has more baggage than Posh Spice landing at Heathrow?
He's hardly ever endeared himself to his colleagues and has blown every chance he's ever been given.
He'll now have to carve out what 'career' he can in reality TV, though there's very little else left for him in that sphere as he's done most of them already.
He really has only got himself to blame. It's a real shame, as some of his flashes of brilliance showed he had the potential to become a Welsh legend, where as now he'll only be basking in infamy.
