Hate preacher Abu Qatada could walk free from jail again next week if European judges allow him to appeal against his deportation.
BUT - sources in Strasbourg said the judges may not reach a final verdict on Wednesday. Even if they do, they may not announce it for days.

Why delay an announcement – why, why?

Isnt it great a "court" outside of the UK, not elected by us can tell us what we can and cant do !

You couldnt make it up !
Would not be so bad if that same court also made the EU budget responsible for the upkeep of all these undesirables they say must stay in this country.
Yet when a British Citizen was extradited to the US recently, the ECHR washed their hands of him and refused to get involved.

But when it comes to removing real terrorists who preach hatred and vitriolic bile against the country they currently reside in the ECHR can't do enough for them!
They are rubbing their hands with glee and thanking their gods he is not in their country.
I think he should be allowed to stay, but his movements restricted to this place..

I'm not sure if we own it but it's worth a try.
