Driving height

Have seen drivers , through no fault of their own but the can not be seeing where they are going .If they are compelled to have cushions then their feet wont reach the pedals . So should the windscreen be lowered or what .While Im at it the seats on buses should be raised .just seeing people heads when a bus passes looks silly ,it as if the bus is below ground and they are standing up .Small people have every right to drive so this is not a complaint against those people but something that would make their driving more enjoyable for them.

I think most very vertically challenged people put the seat forward to reach the pedals and use a cushion for height.

Some cars are better for little people than others. Just as a short person wouldn't shop at Big and Mighty.

I`m very small weecalf, an advanced driver and thoroughly enjoy driving. Mind you the little children I hire to work the pedals can get in the way sometimes.:-)

It must be difficult driving with the seat so far forward and the steering wheel almost under the chin to be able to reach?

I dunno, Im not exactly a giant myself (5'2) and I find my Golf pretty comfy with the distance of the pedals. My arms aren't scrunched under my elbows.

Periscopes were handy in uboats and submarines...maybe there is one for small drivers?....."Up periscope!"

This will more or less be pulled but here goes, you talk about Drivers Height & cannot see! how do you compare that to the Becka? ( If thats how its spelt)how the hell can you see side obstacles with that? & this post is NOT MEANT as a Slurr only a point.
