He obviously said it becasue he sees Young as a traitor to blacks for defending a white person JT, against his brother

If a white had made that comment there'd be another pointless and frivolous court case in the offing no doubt.
All the do-gooders and self righteous indignant lefties would be out in force screaming racist at the top of their lungs and demanding action etc etc.

but what happens here....nothing, laughable not to mention hypocritical

wonder why this is'nt getting the same column inches ?!....Hmmmm

Havent heard anthing from the rectums at the FA, probably wont as theres no white person involved and it wont help their PC crusade

I think you mean 'Cole', not 'Young'.

It features on the Mail's website.
This didn't happen on the pitch; it wasn't a footballer who made the offending comment; Cole hasn't complained and isn't going to.

In fact the original tweet said the team mates were making Cole their choc-ice, not 'Cole is a choc-ice'.
Question Author
what difference where it happened ?

"And Ferdinand's reply appeared to back those sentiments, saying: "I hear you fella! Choc ice is classic hahahahahahha!!" The tweet has since been deleted.

"What I said yesterday is not a racist term. Its [sic] a type of slang/term used by many for someone who is being fake," the United man tweeted on Sunday morning in response. "So there."

that seems pretty clear to me, "I" being RF.
I thought it was a term of abuse - black on the outside white in the middle - Don't think my friends would have taken too kindly to this remark - but of course it will be swept under the carpet.

a member of the public complained about Terry.

So why don't you do the same about Ferdinand, if you're so keen to fight hypocrisy?
Apart from anything else, this is no crime. The offence of 'racially aggravated abuse' requires that the defendant be motivated by racial hatred, not merely that the words used are racially offensive. That's why John Terry's counsel was so keen to show that he was not a racist in himself, even if the words used were racist. And the magistrate used that as one of his reasons for acquiting.
We may take it that one black man calling another black man black but a hypocrite is not motivated by racial hatred.
it ought to be a crime... I'd be very hurt if someone called me a Strawberry Mivvi
LOL at strawberry mivvi. "Red on the outside", eh? A Trotskyite would certainly be offended, the more so because there's a reference to ice cream and Trotsky was killed with an implement for use in a fridge.
Your right baz, it has causes a raspberry ripple.
Try again.

You're right baz, it hasn't caused a raspberry ripple.

I would hate to steal your thunder, you always like to fight the good fight

"Apart from anything else, this is no crime"

but just like the terry case if they really wanted to find something to bring a case for they could, where theres a will theres.......

The FA seem adamant that they intend to carry on and punish Terry somehow someway for something, so why arent they getting on their highchairs over this ?

It stinks of hypocrasy and like I 've said before its just another snapshot of the PC cancer thats riddling every organisation and institution in whats left of this country
I'm not the one who's been ranting about hypocrisy, though. The police need someone to report a crime before they can act. The FA need to be made aware of it too.

Or is it easier sitting on your sofa than actually doing something about crime? Sounds like you could be a teensy bit hypocritical yourself.
I don't know why JT didn't just wait until half or full time and give him a slap in the tunnel ( it's the time honoured method ).
yes, then their seconds could have arranged a time and place. It should have been handbags at dawn. To give added weight, each one could have filled his handbag with a day's salary in pennies.
Yep, something like that jno.
If Terry didn't play football, he'd be hanging around with the killers of Stephen Lawrence. He's just a racist kinda guy!
