is he ^^^^
i recall seeing the Queen on news yesterday i believe, driving the vehicle herself, not sure if she was wearing a seatbelt, but who would tell her off if she wasn't.
Probably ready to do a runner from the Queen's corgis when he got back - they savaged one of Andrews's terriers apparently, a vet needed to sew an ear back on..
have you considered whether he might be in considerable pain, seeing as how he has been in hospital for 5 days, so might not be able to wear one.
That is if he has had surgery.. not saying it's right not to wear one, but there might be a reason.
Many accusations have been levelled against Prince Philip over the years, but this must be the most trivial. I do not know the minutiae of the law, but it may be that members of the Royal Family are exempt. If so, then that is the law and should attract no criticism. I was only pleased that when I switched my TV on this morning there were not loads of BBC newsreaders with solemn faces and black ties announcing his demise.
I believe he doesn't have to have it on when on the hospital grounds - only when he is on the road. And how many of us put our belts on after we have pulled away - yes not correct but a lot do it. And on that basis, can you really cast the first stone without conscience?
