Has learning difficulties but does have an ability to 'regret what she did'. In other words, knows right from wrong.
Those that know my views on things can guess what I think should happen to her. Anyone else's thoughts?

Her lawyer said that she regretted what she did. Whether she did or not is debatable. Judging from the pictures of the boyfriend and her they don't look to be at the worst end of the 'learning difficulties ' spectrum. They're probably just two pieces of human dirt that don't care about anything.

@Kerosene - Yeh I came close to throwing something at her. She's like that. A disabled man that lived near her died. She argued the (council) house would go to more deserving people now.
Unfortunately, I practice what I preach. I'm all for free speech and what she says is her view, despite me not agreeing with virtually all that comes out of her mouth.

Howard,
I don't know if you're being serious or you just like to be argumentative because I find your question totally pointless. The fact exists - just like many millions of animals do in the world - that, it's not so much a case of "why" as one of "must" because the animals simply cannot look after themselves - can they?
Anyway, now that I've addressed that ultra important point, try answering the one I made to you a couple of posts back, eh?
And try smiling as well..... oh, go on, don't worry, your face won't crack - maybe?

grffindoor,
Wow, your partner's relative sounds about as caring as old Howard on here? I'd definitely have cuffed them round the ear, the uncaring individual.
It's bad enough if something horrible happens to the able bodied, but the weak, infirm and helpless must somehow be protected, and perpetrators punished - properly!

I read this story this morning and was going to post it but changed my mind as it was so awful, plus we already had the ghastly story of Cody who has now died of her injuries after being set alight.
The misery of that poor puppy cannot be imagined, unloved, uncared for, starving, filthy, neglected, lying in its own filth, probably without a moment of joy in its short life.
Next week there will be another horror story involving some helpless animal and it makes me sick to my stomach.

@ K
It's late and I am stopping soon.
//because the animals simply cannot look after themselves - can they? //
I have no idea what that means. Which 'the animals' are you talking about?
My view, based on long time observation, is that no human keeps an animal as a pet for the benefit of the animal ergo no human should be allowed to have a pet animal.

Howard - for your perusal.
Domesticated
(1) Domesticated pets are the most common types of pet. A domesticated animal is any animal that has been tamed and made fit for a human environment. They have consistently been kept in 'captivity' over a long enough period of time that they exhibit marked differences in behavior and appearance from their wild relatives.
(2) do·mes·ti·cate
(verb)
domesticated, past participle; domesticated, past tense; domesticates, 3rd person singular present; domesticating, present participle
Tame (an animal) and keep it as a pet or for farm produce
No doubt you will disagree again.
