There is a cry going up for hanging murderers of police....I think I am as good as the next man...and if it's good enough for them ...well....hang em for all murders JMO
Perfectly understandable TWR. Just very difficult to answer on a forum like this. Do you expect us to answer for every crime?
They are all illegal.

Do you mean what would we do to change the penalties for being found guilty of each offence?

An entirely different question. And just because it makes sense to you when you post it, it doesn't necessarily follow that your question is 'obvious' to others reading it....(a fact which has been pointed out to you before).

Driving whilst on a mobile,
Fine as of now, £60 + 3points, Change to, ( one months ban £200 fine)
As someone who has been through the justice system (including prison) I think that both punishment and rehabilhitation are needed for most crimes. Prison on its own doesnt work. Most convicts reoffend and the majority of inmates have at least one mental disorder and a large number have addiction problems. You can change the law all you want but until you address the CAUSES of crime you wont change anything.
The main problem with the 'driving with mobiles' penalty is that people know they are very unlikely ever to get caught. So many people do it.
Oh I see. The list confused me. I thought it was a reminder of what crimes were.
Nailit, agreed!

Nailit, just a quick one for you, I was working in a Metal High Secure, the users used to say to staff, why put me out in the community, I have all I need in here & it does not cost me a penny! you never seen any of us trying to get out do you!!!!!!!! does that tell you that there is something wrong with the justice system?
Question Author
Factor, as you know many towns / Cities have CCTVs & we are all getting monitored, that's one avenue to prosecute.
