Can never imagine the great Premiers of the past acting in such a way, in actual fact their spouses generally stood insignificantly in the background.

Tony let his animal instincts get the better of him one night once as he relates in "A Journey". I think that was it.

And wasn't it William Hague who was lampooned for daring to wear a baseball cap?

/// Nice photo' where was it taken (apart from out of context) was it in their home, their garden or somewhere more public because as it stands there's nothing wrong with it. ///

On the stage in front of the large audience at the Tories Conference.
"I agree its's disgusting. He should be snogging Boris."

I did think this would be about Boris' rumoured attempt to take number 10.

Sign of the times AOG, public displays of affection are required otherwise you're considered emotionally unbalanced or something...

I blame Freud.

Don't know why we had to pick on the American system of displaying the whole family. I have never wanted to be at Mr LL's side during his working life, except perhaps at works parties. I am not interested in politicians families in any way whatsoever.

And woe betide us, we don't want any emotionally unbalanced politicians do we ED?
Euwwwww yukkkkk, get a room. Blimey kissing your wife in public. They may as well be naked. I could possibly get my partner to photoshop that image up if anyone else is having trouble imagining it.

Kissing your wiffe lovingly, whatever next.... oh hang on, can I see a bit of a tongue??? nope!
Personally i think she needs sectioning under the mental health act for letting him touch her but thats just my personal opinion.
Whats the problem? I do not particular like him or his policies but what it's showing has nothing to do with the country, he is human after all, but I wish these people would start listening to the people of this country, why are we sending so much money abroad? why are we allowing so many people to enter the UK when we have a work crisis, why does it take so long to get rid of terroists? why are we getting dictated by some non-electric clown in brussels?
"And woe betide us, we don't want any emotionally unbalanced politicians do we ED?"

I don't know, but I certainly wouldn't mind seeing one who could feel shame in some way. Ha! I'd even settle for better actors!
"non-electric clown in brussels"

I am pmsl................that must be the phrase of the week.
Am I going to the gallows for a spell mistake, "Elected"
Aw come on TWR.................it was funny.
At least its not the boys getting off with each other on hollyoaks huh???

And the old boy is even paying her off. Do we really wish to see a British Prime Minister act such a way in public?
Some people here appear to have hair-triggers on their outrage guns, it seems to me.

People change, society changes, cultures change. Fact of life. What, precisely, is outrageous or disgusting about a man kissing his wife?

This is not Gummer force feeding his kids burgers, this is not simulated sex on stage.... surely this is something of a non-story?
"surely this is something of a non-story?"

Yes, but everyone need a grumble from time to time. Fact of life that.
