we shouldn't be, however some might see this as the further spread of fanatical Islam, into areas that were previous peaceful, if this man is imposing Sharia law and some people in his kingdom don't care for it, then one would say let them get on with it. If we try to act as the world's policemen there are no out-of bounds area. No wonder China is becoming the worlds no 1 for trade when they concentrate on what helps their own people.
