Given years of 'right-on' liberalism criminals 'rights' and the prospect of being arrested yourself for assault is it any surprise that no one wants to know.

Add to that the way reasonable people have been persecuted by the Police in their never ending persecution of the motorist is it any surprise no one want to help the Police or have anything to do with them.
