Suicide Note "criticising Hospital".....
So apparently, one of the notes said how she "couldn't come to terms" with the hoax, and criticised how she was being dealt with by senior hospital staff.
So much for their supposed "support" to her, huh?
Are we surprised by this, though? Did anyone actually believe that the senior staff at The King Edward Hospital would just 'let it go'?
They now need to launch a full inquiry!!

she should not have just put the caller through without checking.
she should have been more cautious, given the patient.
she wasnt and she got reprimanded for it - and so she should have.
people get into trouble in work all the time for doing the wrong thing... they dont all rush off an kill themselves - and just because she did kill herself, does not now mean she should not have been told off for it.
you cannot run a business with people making such mistakes and have nothing said about it, for fear they may do something bizarre and drastic.
what she did was ahighly unusual and unnecessary over reaction
