"Being gay" is one of them (there are others).
It seems lately that we are not being as gullible as we were in the past.
We need to understand that for each group of African asylum seekers we allow to stay some will have AIDS, some will turn to crime, some will push drugs and so on, all pluling this country down to their third world levels.
You only have the see some of the third world savagery commited by young black gangs in london (stabbings etc) to see where this country is going.
Shame really becuase I used to love living in this copuntry.

He might come here because the country VHG loved so much gives a voice to anyone assaulted by agents of the government, of course.
VHG, do you think these black gangs are not many generations from Africans? Which country was responsible for educating and governing their ancestors? And which has been responsible for educating them? And, in the light of that, is there their world behaviour because they are black? If not, what explanation do you have for it?

They will do anything to stay here, I believe the injuries were self inflicted,he was seen head butting the seat in front I hope the witnesses come forward. btw how do you become gay from the age of 16? Is it an age related condition after all? We are the softest nation with the best benefits system, that's why they all make a beeline to get here. I hope they send him home.
Of course people come here for the benefits. There used to be quite a few babies born on UK registered aircraft (the vast majority of mothers coming in from Africa). The baby got the nationality of the country of registration of the aircraft. The rules have changed now. The baby now takes the nationality of the mother and guess what? - hardly any babies born on UK registered aircraft anymore. I`m in two minds as to what happened to that deportee. It`s not unfeasable that a deportee would kick off and create self-inflicted injuries but a deportee was killed by his escorts on an aircraft a couple of years ago (the escorts forcefully bent him over in his seat rendering him incapable of breathing properly and he suffocated) so anything can happen. There`s not much point in making judgements about this case until more evidence (from passengers/crew) is obtained.

"The fact that security guards l seem"
One word there that make a nonsense of the rubbish youre trawling out
Seem....change seem to claim and youre getting closer
As usual people that stand up for this country are labelled racist.
Irrespective of what they may or may not have done, why has he come here of all the countries that he could have gone to that are much nearer and more suited to his cultural needs ?
This is still seen as the land of milk and honey and these people are coming here in their droves especially with all the threats to try and make it harder to get in(not trying hard enough).
Once here they know all the tricks, scams and ruses to stay here and milk us for every penny they can, as they have been doing for decades now, but as usual people like JTP couldnt give a monkeys, theyd let everybody and anybody in and then cant see or wont see because of the blinkers, the damage done to the country as a whole.
and they have the cheek to say people who want to protect the country are racists.
people like you are a disgrace and should be ashamed for the damage you are helping/encouraging to what was one a beautiful country.
oh yeah youre proud of your tolerance...whoopy dooopy doo, look where its getting us...a staus quo song springs to mind

Whether or not his intention in coming here was as he claims, there is no doubt whatsoever that our stupid benefits system is an encouragement to many, and it’s ridiculous to claim otherwise. In this case, it seems very odd that witnesses haven’t come forward. Such a fracas in the restricted space of an airline cabin must have caused substantial disruption, not to mention considerable alarm to both crew and to other passengers.
why come all the way here ?
or dont they have benefits out there ?
Think those two lines sum it up really, If he's travelled all that way and 'landed on his feet' here, with benefits et al, he IS going to make a bit of a fuss if he thinks he's going to lose it all, and from the link, it seems, not for the first time.
Get rid!

/// The fact that security guards l seem to have lost control and beaten this guy up and then lied to it is of no interest to you at
all. ///
Know that for a fact do you?
Once again JTP would rather believe some unknown foreigner than his own countrymen.
But that is not unusual seeing that this ABer is always ready to down-cry our nation, our police, our armed services in fact anything British, I just do not know why he bothers to remain in Britain at all if he hates it so much.
Footnote: if you are now beginning to hate Answerbank as well, just because some dare to speak their concerns, well you know the answer to this your latest problem jake?

I wonder if he had the necessary proof that he had indeed claimed asylum in the first safe country he reached after leaving his own country?
Because this could not possibly be the first safe country, the first gullible one maybe, but not the first safe one.
/// Decisions often depend on whether the case owner finds the person’s account to be believable. There are a number of ways that an applicant’s credibility may be damaged, for example, if they have given inaccurate or inconsistent information. Case owners must also take the applicant’s behaviour into account. For example, their claim may be harmed if they delayed claiming asylum without good reason, or if they have been convicted of a criminal offence such as using false travel documentation, or if they did not claim asylum in the first safe country they reached after leaving their own country (known as a ‘safe third country’).///
