Just on the news - they say it's precautionary to do with her gastroenteritis, but I hope she's OK. No joke to be ill at 86.

She'll be well looked after.

Let's hope no idiots from Oz ring the hospital to ask how she is....
She's got the royal skitters!
Wishing her a speedy recovery.
More time on the throne? Wish her a speedy recovery.
yeah the Royal Physician in ordinary who I think is also PRCP - President of the Royal College of Physicians to you proles

rang up the Royal hospital and said, ' look here I want to know what the mortality is like these days?'

very modern see ? and if it is too high he would send her majesty to somewhere like Bolton or Tameside. Sir Bruce Keogh is v keen that mortalities are published altho his own dont seem to be there

and the sister on duty on the swirchboard said
oh it is nothing my lord and only amongst the nurses.....
what is mortality like? - well despite recent medical advance, the mortality rate remains at 100%
Coincidently the following post was added to AB on 20th Feb.

///Royalty always takes precautions and the Queen took her own kitchen staff and also shook hands with her long white gloves. Things have probably improved now///

Judging by the latest episode she was unable to escape it. Just goes to show living in a goldfish bowl is not foolproof.
Poor old dear. I'd hate to have the vomiting trots and for it to be front page news.

I'm not a Royalist, but I do hope she gets better soon.
It's a worrying time for her husband and family I expect, hope she recovers soon and feels better very quickly. God Save the Queen,
Have you got your flag out Dot?
...god save her bog!
She keeps generally good health, it has been 10 years since she had to visit hospital. Speedy recovery ma'am...
At £1000 a night no wonder she didn't spend too long there.
