No, the answer is (c) - you don’t give them £100 in the first place. I'm not begrudging her any treatment whatsoever but as she has benefited greatly from the NHS, (regardless of who pays for it) and she is now being educated here at a rather plush school and her family are now resident in the UK I'm just asking that maybe a small portion of any monies she gains as a result of her misfortune may go towards the health, housing and education costs.
