She was not elected, bednobs, she was appointed.
As for a second chance, she should not have been given a first chance. The idea of elected police commissioners is farcical enough. But the idea that having been elected, the commissioners can go on to appoint twerps like this young lady (at a cost of £15k) just adds to the argument.

I can't see the point of keeping her on, she's young and childish. Using twitter and mouthing off as she did shows immaturity and lacking a sense of natural leadership. Whoever selected her got it badly wrong or failed to discuss the requirements of her job, whatever that is. I fail to see the point of wasting all this money on Youth Commissioners and Police Commissioners anyway, the Police Commissioner we have has already cost us £2.5m since election last November.
This is my view.
1. I do not agree with the commissioners anyway.
2. I certainly do not agree that a person of this age should be in such a paid position.
3. I 'feel' that this young girl is pretty representative of her age - I don't generalise, I just see her as fairly steroetypical of a 17 year old girl today.
4 The press will undoubtedly research her from top to bottom and ultimately disprove some of the twittering se has denied. "Idon't drink " etc etc.
5. She should stand down immediately before she is cut down.
