Which as this case shows is a bit silly, as young people in particular use it a lot and may say all sorts on it. Eventually people will catch on to the fact that what they say on the internet matter. Both the people saying it, and those who should be checking on it.

The Times , in a leader, quoted the Police Commissioner as saying that this post was needed because there was "a gap" between the police and youths. No, commented the writer, doubting the need for any such job, there is a gap between the police and everybody!

To some extent I feel sorry for her, she's just been a normal teenager (though I never did that sort of thing so maybe I'm abnormal...) and suffered for it by being thrust into the public eye. Not her fault really, only that of the people who put her there. Ann Barnes, I'm looking at you. Never mind that I dislike the whole idea of elected PCCs, but now that you're there at least do a good job of it.
