Panorama...why Are So Many Non Whites Unemployed?

Anyone see Panorama? Sol Campell skirted round the subject but never really reached any theories or a conclusion. Any thoughts?

No nether am I not saying this particular issue is a black v white issue, I was simply explaining that to conduct a proper debate on say a black issue, they should be prepared to hear some negative factors rather than shifting the responsibility.

this does not seem to happen when whites are up for criticism, all the fact are laid out no matter if some would rather not hear them.

Role models aren't just people it is countries as well .
How many successful 'black ' countries are there. As compared with say Asian countries. ? How do countries react to or recover from, or avoid natural disasters. All these things contribute to our perception of people, wherever they live.

Yes I did and that is why I wrote that post. I should also add that I taught non white teenagers and there was a big ethnic difference between their attitudes to work.

When I was teaching I had a black female colleague . She was a great role model as a teacher but I taught her son who was arrogant and had a hugh chip on his shoulder. I initially found this puzzling until I met his father who was far worse than his son , and what made it worse he was proud of
his own and son's bloody mindedness.
