It's always Protestant bands playing outside Catholic premises. What possible reason could they have for doing this, other than trying to keep the struggle going, against the wishes of the vast majority of the population?

Bigots?
Question Author
Yes, Bigots !
Next question please !
Certainly. Why bigots?
I don't know about bigots but convinced they do it to goad people and have had same discussion with a NI friend who is part of the band brigade.
I was going to ask the same.
Well, both sides are as bad as one another when it comes to baiting the opposition.

SJP...or marching as near as possible to catholic areas...
So one side of a religious/political divide are bigots, I assume the other side are ok with you then. I must admit that I don't expect much from you but you have really surpassed yourself with this one.

They are actually breaking the law but will undoubtedly get off with it.
These guys are idiots but in fairness only a tiny minority of these parades cause issues these days. Still too many of course.
Tetjam's comments are ridiculous mind you

What a quaint phrase...proddies ! Takes me right back to the good old days before the Good Friday agreement !

Was it these "proddies", the ones without guns and bombs, that you were thinking of ?

Tetjam clearly knows nothing!!!
Tetjam, I remember reading some stats (can't remember where, but I obviously thought the source was trustworthy) about pub bombings, sectarian killings and so on and who had the bloodier hands. I was rather surprised by what I read.

Empty vessels make most noise ummmmm !

I'm glad that so many here are better informed than Tetjam!

Nobody is apologising for the IRA here and to suggest otherwise is dangerous and offensive. If you have lost an argument, lose gracefully and don't make silly childish insults.

Enjoy your tea !
Tetjam has absolutely no understanding of the situation. Everything is either black or white with him.
