Excelsior, maybe they wanted to be sure that both mother and child were doing well.
It's pretty hard to tell straight after the birth.
Anyway, why shouldn't the parents celebrate for a while without a screaming horde outside their window.
I hope hes called prince NOX ( its his birthday ) :)
