Possibly - I guess it depends how cynical you are.

I cant remember , - however i remember thinking , i didn't know we had members of the armed services out there - what are they doing there

I couldn't find a reference to such an event at the Cenotaph crafty.....

I thought it was at the Albert Hall Festival of Remembrance. It seemed moving, not cynical to me.
it was at the royal albert hall, sorry but it was a bit like an episode of surprise surprise,, :(
And here's me thinking it was just a lovely surprise for the little girl.....

I didn't think it cynical but it left me wondering if there were hundreds of disappointed little girls and boys asking why their Dad couldn't be sent home as a surprise.
I thought that it was very touching and it would been a very cynical person that thought otherwise. PR for who exactly ?
