Another u-turn it would seem. When Labour said that are going to do this after they win the 2015 election, Dave said that it was a con, but now he thinks its a good idea. A conversion on the road to Damascus perhaps ? Welcome anyway of course.

I totally disagree! With a coalition government, the "conflict of opinion" should obviously take place when the coalition partners are discussing in private what their policies are going to be and NOT after they have decided and made these public. Surely that's perfectly obvious.

"No 10 says...Cameron's spokesman dismisses...No 10 aide dismissed...Downing Street said..." and so forth.

You might also care to answer the point I presented to you in my contribution made at 11.10 on the 29th about how obvious it is that coalition partners should air their differences IN PRIVATE and BEFORE policy is declared rather than u-turning on average every month afterwards.
