This piece of Tory garbage needs to be taught a lesson. He should be stripped of all his wealth and income and made to live on Benefits until such time he sees the error of his ways. Let him die in squalor. Piece of sh*t

I've always maintained that IDS had the look of the workhouse master about him. This only serves to confirm that low opinion.
Prime Ministers says that pensions will rise by 2.5% annually, based on the "Triple Lock System"......IDS says there may be removal of certain OAP benefits.

One gives it........the other takes it.......
IDS is committed to throwing as many people off benefits as possible.

Seeing as Free Bus travel and Winter Fuel were given as election bribes, they have served their purpose. Good while they lasted, but another victim of the 'we're all in this together' austerity cuts.
And folks wonder why Scotland want independence? With low lifes like this running the country do you wonder?
How else will they finance the 11% MP's increment?

With the Tories apparently abandoning the grey vote and Labour dumping the unions, we can look forward to a Liberal government with a UKIP opposition after the next general election.

My late father-in-law was once looking for ways out of a careless driving charge and showed his solicitor an item in the Daily Mirror. He claimed "What can't speak, can't lie." His solicitor had to point out that the saying doesn't necessarily apply to the Daily Mirror.
There are a couple of things odd here

1) Why is it only the tory hating Mirror that seem to be running the story

2) Why is it slated as targets the poor?

It actually seems he wants an end to universal benefits, that is means test it. So how will that affect the poor.

Steve5. suggest you point it at your own head. Nasty little person arn't you.
One bit of Tory bashing by the Mirror and all the lefties take the bait, this would be headline news across all the media if it was true.

Seems funny how all those who continuously attack the Mail for coming up with such garbage, are all quite when it suits their purpose.

This was from December 2012.

That should be quiet, before the English treachers get on to me.
Not my day 'teachers'.
Iain Funcan Smith, as well as having little further education after school, he appears to be economical with the truth about it.

// His claim that he studied at the University of Perugia (founded 1308) was later found to be false after an investigation by the BBC. His office subsequently admitted that he attended the Italian Università per Stranieri (founded 1921) in Perugia for a year but he did not obtain any qualifications or finish his exams. Duncan-Smith's biography, on the Conservative Party website, claimed he was "educated at Dunchurch College of Management" but following questioning by the BBC his office confirmed that he did not get any qualifications there either, stating that he completed six separate courses lasting a few days each, adding up to about a month in total. Dunchurch was the former staff college for GEC Marconi, for whom Duncan-Smith worked in the 1980s. //

i knew you would post that aog that is why i did a link to the mirror a good tory paper
I had not seen before that they want to make a further £12billion cuts.

I am assuming that won't happen in the next 15 months. It would be poor tactics to slash so deeply going into an election.

So how are they going to fund tax cuts for the rich before may 2015?

Is this just an attempt at character assassination, if not what is your point?
