no they don't, but i live in a nice area, one that i don't want to move from, unless i got lucky and won the lottery, but it's like living in a foreign land.

I too lived in a once nice area which within the space of a couple of years almost became a ghetto - I got mugged as did two of my children - packed up and moved.

can't say as i blame you, much of ours now looks like a ghetto, and quite honestly if i had the money to move, plenty of it to buy a place outside of the capital, it's likely i would go.

I live in a nice area but the edges are beginning to fray and I'm looking to find somewhere where there are not too many immigrants, no floods, fracking or landfill and the choices are narrowing. I was even given a Polish mickey mouse coin in my change this week! Seriously, what annoys me most is the fact that the immigrant criminal element cannot or will not be deported because of their 'Human Rights.'

probably, but there are things up here i would rather have,

better hospitals for one, and seeing as i am finding hard to get around, at least for the time being, better transport, i can't imagine living in the sticks, as lovely as it seems, because i have long known that if you don't drive then you could be stuck in doors, or wait for that infrequent bus
friends, relatives live outside the capital, and you would think some live in Siberia going on their public transport system.
