...I didn't pass I had one serious fault which I dispute and my instructor sort of agrees with me a smidgen but...its not the end of the world...I know what I need to fix and I'm bloody well going to nail it next time!!

What amazed me is all the things I usually hate I did very very well (probably as I didn't have my instructor talking) I work and drive better in silence

Hard luck, Queenie, re-apply immediately xxx
I didn't pass the first time either. You'll know what to expect the next time and will sail through it.
awww Queenie, that's a bummer :-(

Just consider it a dry run for the next test which you'll pass with flying colours xx
just means your super ready to pass next time and you will i know it xxx
not that it matters it took me twice to pass

I'll be booking it when I get paid Sib...Instructor say's have a wee break and come at it again with a clear mind.

That's how i'm looking at it - dry run know what to expect next time.

Better luck for next time QoM.

I failed the first time too. A fool shot behind me when i was in the middle of my three point turn...okay i should have seen him sooner but he shouldn't have shot behind me. Breezed it the second time despite misunderstanding the examiner's directions and taking a wrong turning.
Hang in there.

That's not good Woofgang, I hate it when people do that. Learner or not.

I'm sure I'll ace it next time just like I did when I sat my theory :)
That's a real shame. You'll probably walk it next time. (Figuratively speaking)!

Well said Caran :)
Was that your first test?
Question Author
yes it was ummm
Good luck for next time, I am sure you will pass.
Get some more driving practice in, it will do you good.
Better luck next time. xx
Take EcclesCake's advice. Best wishes for next time xx.

that is a shame, queenie - sorry about that

you WILL get through next time, i have confidence in you

I failed my first time too - it's good practice for the next time. I did ask my instructor why he talked so much (and I too drove better in silence) - he quite rightly said "but your passengers will talk either to you or amongst themselves, you need to get used to it".....
Question Author
I will get some more practice in, it wasn't really something that could be fixed through practice, but I've only learnt from it and will know the second time how to avoid it :)
