it just occurred to me that I have not noticed any protestations from "moderate" Islam over the kidnapping of the school girls. Are the media omitting to report it or is there tacit support? It seems a good opportunity for Islam to demonstrate to the west that they are serious about their opposition to extremists.

because its easier to blame those, than look squarely at the problem,
its here, not going away, and one day this will be a major danger to these shores, and the politicians are looking up their backsides wondering what day it is. We had the IRA, now the Muslims, terrorists both, and look what's happened since the Peace Accord, still more killings, and indeed as Sandyr confirms those thugs have turned to large scale crime, drug dealing, or entered politics.

before somebody jumps up and down, not all Muslims are terrorists, only some, but they have had a devastating effect in many parts of the world, not just in the Middle East, and we are in the firing line.
