Asda On Line Shopping

Having problems recently checking out at end of order-Internet Ex
has stopped working...will close program etc & notify if solution is available.
Asda Customer Service in South Africa (worst one I've come across)only
advice is change to Google Chrome which I do not particularly like.
Any advice or comments please.

Many online service providers are ceasing to support older versions of Internet Explorer, so that might be your problem. If possible, try updating to the latest version (but you can't do that if you're using an old version of Windows, such as XP).

Far better though, just use a decent browser (which most definitely excludes any version of IE!). Like you, I can't really get along with Chrome but I love Firefox (which is sufficiently similar to IE in it's appearance to make the transition really easy). Why not give it a try?
