I have written to the DPP to tell her how crap I thought the system was working and she told me that it was meant to work like that.

Of the 'appeals' she as chortling about a day or so ago
that the victim could ask for a reconsideration of a decision not to prosecute, I asked her what the hit rate was ( conviction rate ) under the FOI and a faceless pen pusher has replied saying he will supply the into within the statutory time limit
