If you view the video now there is a Paypal link to donate towards his proton beam treatment as so many people had contacted his brother and asked how they could help. Let's hope now they don't just ship him back to the UK under some sort of 'protection order'.

Maizie, you’re mistaken. I am a parent, and in these circumstances I would seek the best possible treatment for a child of mine. This man is clearly at odds with professional advice he has received in this country. Fine, nothing is stopping him from looking elsewhere. If that’s all there is to it, there was no reason for them to go on the run. This doesn’t gel.

Ladybirder- I generally find Naomi to be rude, ill informed, crass and unpleasant, coupled with a massive dose of arrogance and pride in herself in most posts. That usual level of naffness has really been ramped up tonight however in slighting people so horrible who are dealing with the most awful situation. I simply find it sickening. I have had very similar advice from "the professionals" which was all bad... and like you I would do anything for any of mine... including what this family have done. They consider that "the professionals" did not have the best interest of their Son at heart... I for one don't blame them or judge them..

They are indeed, but I think people could be more sympathetic and tactful under the circumstances Ann. Its really angered me the mauling this poor family has had tonight on here, people have shown themselves up to be heartless and judgemental ( and most probably wrong as well.)
I'm out of this now because any more and I really will lose my temper. I just hope it goes well for all concerned from now on.
