Thatcher Plaza

The Spanish Government named a public square in Madrid,
The Margaret Thatcher Plaza on 15 Sept this year.
It has been defaced twice since it was named , it would appear that she was
not very well thought of in Spain either.???

I am one of six, children often percieve they are not the favourites. So that's the clincher for hatred is it, that a 7 year old child felt she was not the favourite. Gawd I thought farrier was bad! WAP!

. In terms of naming - Franklin D Roosevelt and Gandhi top the lists of street names and plazas dont they ?
and yes there are very few Truman Plazas who modern historians look on as a hopeless incompetent

yes hc there is always friction over Gibralter, regardless of leadership, but that's a tiny aspect in the scheme of things. TGL did something to warrant a plazza in Madrid.
