has he mentioned his son while campaigning or in the course of political business? If so, then - I wouldn't say cynical but he's certainly opened himself to this criticism.
This is not about David Cameron, and you well know it, mushroom. You are being a ***-stirrer. It's about whether this sicko, Jack Munro (she) should stay with the Guardian given her puerile remarks about Cameron and the Tories generally.
However, I do agree with one Tweet on the site, "!We should be grateful to Jack Monroe. She has merely highlighted the spite, bitterness and class-war ideology that drives the left-wing."

That's worth discussing on here.
I haven't heard him mention his deceased son for a long time. But who would blame him if he did, once in a while ?

Lets defeat the Tories at the ballot box, not a box of Kleenex.
Mushroom, you should've stopped your sentence at DC must go...
I can't see why the Guardian - or any newspaper - would sack a cookery writer for his or her political views.
No, I agree jno.

Cameron has used the death of his son several times to demonstrate his commitment to the NHS.

Most recently at last months Party Conference while his own wife, close to tears looked on.

But while he openly praises the NHS in front of the cameras, his actions speak louder than words - last year his Government farmed out over £6billion of work to private firms, many of whom are supports of the Conservative Party.
He has offered NHS workers a 1% pay increase, while MPs award themselves an extra £10K.

So fair comment to the tweeter.
Cameton cannot use his son for political gain and then get offended when people use it back. Media URL: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/david-cameron/11133808/Watch-Samantha-Cameron-close-to-tears-as-David-Cameron-describes-how-NHS-cared-for-their-dying-son-Ivan.html

We should stop looking at the NHS as some sort of sacred cow viewed through rose tinted spectacles. It needs sorting.
whose this Bouncer - bl--dy cheek. My point is that it is not the subject matter, as in the attachment as that is all about this Jack Munro and whether her tweet was apropos.
I do not know if the accusation is justified or not, but I do conclude from observation in the company I work for, and the views of friends who are or have been elsewhere, that hiving out activity that 'should' be done in house to the cheapest sub-contractor is ruining both the quality of products/services and the workforce's environment; so I have no reason to believe it is not an equally unwise practice in our health service. Especially since that should not be a profit oriented organisation but strive for high standards of care. There is a limit to prioritising value and efficiency.
