As an atheist I could also be peed off at Christmas Greetings, but when somebody says happy Christmas to me I respond with the same greeting, I take it in the manner it was meant. Absolutely no need to put a downer on other peoples celebrations.

No, he was miserable about it as he apparently ranted and caused a kerfuffle instead of just a polite smile which most sane non celebrators would have done.

I'm not usually that bothered about the PC Brigade, but perhaps the Airline could have been a little more so in this case, to be fair it's on a par with the parroting of 'Have a nice day' which seems to be catching on here.
