Separation of regiments is usually on a UK area basis, not a cultural one. Any decision to make it a cultural divide would be a mixed blessing at best. One really needs to encourage integration and a trust/reliance on one's fellow service personnel regardless of their culture; or else one risks exasperating any perceived differences of an US and THEM nature. "Friendly" rivalry stemming from pride in one's regiment is one thing, building up cultural barriers is quite another.

I think I covered regiments in the Indian Army of the British Raj but clearly no one read it .... and they want another go
looking at the present condition of the armed forces anyone who is willing to kill or die would be welcomed. And if a specific name helps recruiting specific people then why not?
