Should read... Rot in hell Gadd.
Should be longer - or he could accept the rusty cutters and just do the 16 years as well.

Thanks for posting the judgement mushroom, what a truly vile disgusting individual he is as like Rolf Harris he attacked his young daughter's friend while she was sharing her bed at home.

I agree with your assessment of him Andy.

Agree jno, 8 years not nearly enough.

LOL sip.
Apropo of Gadd's insistence that 'The public still want me, everywhere I go they shout 'Alright Gary...'

Gadd should learn the lesson of Kevin Rowland, late of Dexys Midnight Runners who enjoyed massive success, and fell from grace. No doubt people used to shout 'Kevin!' in the street, and maybe still do.

In the 19800's, in a classic 'Emperor's New Clothes' scenario, no less a luminary than Alan McGee, discoverer of Oasis, put out an album of Rowland's featuring him in a dress. The album sold less than a thousand copies.

Rowland appeared at Reading Festival with girl dancers whom he stroked as he sang 'The Greatest Love Of All. You can wow the media, but the public are a different issue - Rowland was duly booed and the bottled off.
I`m struggling to find a link between Gary Glitter and Kevin Rowland
I imagine it's about celebrities who have mistaken ideas of how the public love them, 237SJ. Glitter too thinks people will still wave at him in the street rather than throw bricks.

No suggestion that Rowland's a threat to children.
So why wouldn't people wave a Rowland?
The vast majority of pop artist have done some truly awful music in their time,
Is that it? What did he actually do?
Sang some songs really badly at a festival.

I think that's his only crime?
Yes, that's all I was aware of :-)
Well there was of course a few drugs involved... lol.
Naturally.... But "come on Eileen"? Was that him?
237SJ - "I`m struggling to find a link between Gary Glitter and Kevin Rowland"

My tale is an illustration of the gulf between some pop stars' idea of how the public see them, compared with the reality of what they public really think.

Rowland thought he could pose in a dress and sing like a drunk, and was bottled off for his trouble, Glitter has said many times that the public 'want him back', although the evidence is clearly to the contrary.
tenuous, andy...you better hope PP doesn't see it lol.

Question Author
Why not methyl, as I suppose that was aimed at me?

Methyl I can't not make a reference to something because you might not agree with it. My view on Harris is not the same as yours but I await the result of his appeal with interest. Does anyone know when that's likely to be?
